This Privacy Policy explains how BizzDebt ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use bizzdebt.com (the "Site").

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, estimated debt amount, debt type, revenue range, time in business, and any other details you submit through our forms or in correspondence.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser data, pages visited, referring URLs, and cookie/tracking data.

Consent metadata: timestamp, IP address, and the exact consent language you agreed to at submission.

2. How we use your information

To evaluate and respond to your request; to match, refer, or sell your information to third-party debt-relief providers, financial-services companies, and marketing partners; to contact you by phone, email, and SMS as you consented; to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site; to prevent fraud; and to comply with law.

3. How we share and sell your information

We share and/or sell the information you provide to one or more third-party companies, including debt-relief providers, marketing partners, lead buyers, and service providers. These companies may contact you using the consent you provided. We may also disclose information to vendors that operate the Site, to professional advisors, in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger or asset sale), and as required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Marketing communications & TCPA consent

By submitting a form, you provide express written consent to be contacted by BizzDebt and one or more business debt-relief partners at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automated telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS/text message, even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of calls or texts by replying STOP to any text or asking to be removed on a call. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email. Opt-out requests may not reach third parties who already received your information — contact them directly. See our SMS Terms.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to (a) know what personal information we collect, use, share, or sell; (b) access or receive a copy; (c) correct inaccurate information; (d) delete your personal information; (e) opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and (f) limit use of sensitive personal information.

Because we sell lead information, California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and residents of similar states (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas) may submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request via our Do Not Sell or Share page or by emailing info@prequalifiedleads.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

Shine the Light (California Civil Code §1798.83): California residents may request a list of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct-marketing purposes once per year by emailing info@prequalifiedleads.ai.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are honored where required by law (e.g., Global Privacy Control / GPC signals are treated as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing).

The Site is for business owners 18 and older and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Site is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
