1. Acceptance

By accessing or using bizzdebt.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of service

BizzDebt is a marketing and lead-generation service only. We are not a lender, law firm, accounting firm, debt-relief provider, debt-settlement company, credit-repair organization, or financial advisor, and we do not provide legal, tax, financial, or debt-relief services. See our Disclosures.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. business owner or authorized representative to submit information through the Site.

4. Your submissions & accuracy

You represent and warrant that (a) the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete; (b) the phone number and email address are yours, or you are authorized to provide them; and (c) you have authority to give the consents in the form. You grant BizzDebt a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, and sell your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No professional advice; no guarantees

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. We do not guarantee any result, savings, debt reduction, qualification, or the conduct of any third party.

6. Third-party services

We are not responsible for the products, services, fees, acts, or omissions of any third-party provider you are matched with or referred to. Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and that third party.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information; (b) interfere with the Site's security or operation; (c) use the Site to violate any law; or (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizzDebt, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any referral, even if advised of the possibility. Our total cumulative liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BizzDebt and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by BizzDebt or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

11. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and BizzDebt waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@prequalifiedleads.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your state of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
